- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm never one to complain but after today's appointment I felt the need to. My appointment was suppose to be at 11am to get a crown put on. I got there at 10:45 and I didn't get called back to a room until 11:45. The dental assistant came in and took off my temp. Crown and then I sat there for another hour for the dentist to finally come in, she fit the permanent crown and then left again while I sat their for another 15 mins until I said something to the dental assistant and then the dentist finally came in to cement my crown on. It took 2 hours for them to do a procedure that took them 10 minutes. This is not the first time at this office I had to wait a long time but I figured after the third appointment of having a long wait time , I would write a review. The staff never even apologized for the wait. I highly suggest going to a different dentist !!June 16, 2017by megan fulton
